Don't you just love the first of the month!!! Just love all the Inspiration from the challenge sites :) :) :)

This is my take on the Challenge 123 criteria :) :) :) Ive used some glorious Tattered Angels Chalk Board glimmer mist for my 'colour criteria' of 'Marigold'

And this my take on the Beyond the Door November challenge :) :) :) This is my last month on the DT for BTD! I have so solved the challenges and Catie is just the loveliest loveliest girl to create for! Thank you soooooooo very much Catie for the honour of being on this team!! :) xoxo

Well Well who would have thought LOL, I know I didn't!!! Not that I ever let that stop me from trying every year for the past 6 years LOL :). I am absolutely gobsmacked that I actually made it!!! and that would be for a variety of reasons!! that I won't go into here; but those of you who know me, know what I mean :) :) :)

For my wonderful OS blogger visitors, I will give a little explanation. Every year Australia's premier Scrapbooking Magazine 'Scrapbooking Memories' runs a competition to find a new design team of what they call their 'Masters'. They also have a 'Creative Design Team' that is by invitation, Which I was honoured to have been asked to join for 2009. Every year hundreds of Australian creatives enter, and out of those, 10 are chosen and asked to join the team of Scrapbooking Memories Masters, and contribute to the magazine for a 12 month period. It is for the 2012 team that I have been lucky enough to be selected for.

There was a huuuuge flurry of activity on Facebook yesterday as most of the team members revealed themselves; it was rather wonderful and very very exciting!!!!

There were many many moments throughout the day when I was in tears, and very overwhelmed by the emotion that came from reading the comments of people sending me their congratulations and heartfelt love! It was an amazing day and one that I will never forget! An amazing scrappy mate did say to me that there would be many many people out there who would be happy for me; but I must confess I was disbelieving! Seriously! But She was right! I was and am completely gobsmaked at the response I got when I revealed I was a Master!!


I can't find the right words, other than,........THANK YOU!  From the bottom of my scrappy heart! to all you wonderful creatives for your comments and love!!!!!
