So the fabulous stencil that I had the honour of creating with is the Crackle Stencil :)
What is Not to love about this stencil!!!
This is a layout that I created using Nat's fabulous crackle stencil.
I have used some impasto medium with the crackle stencil to create a wonderful dimensional effect on my layout background. To highlight the pattern I have used some chalkboard glimmer mist. This would have to be one of my fave and go to techniques with stencils.
Soooo here are the amazing creatives participating in the Blog Hop!! :)

ReplyDeleteYou have designed a beautiful layout, putting Nat's stencil to very good use. I can see quite a difference in some of today's scrapbook LOs compared to a few years ago. I suppose it's a crossover from mixed media. Well, whatever it is, I like it well enough to consider starting to do some scrapbook LOs. I have tons of old pictures from cleaning my mom's house out last December. Thank you for the inspiration!!
This LO is fantastic. What a great way to use the stencil and create your own background. You girls are just blowing me away on this hop.
ReplyDelete...and what a great go-to technique it is. Awesome l.o.!
