What is Not to love about this stencil!!!

This is a layout that I created using Nat's fabulous crackle stencil.

I have used some impasto medium with the crackle stencil to create a wonderful dimensional effect on my layout background. To highlight the pattern I have used some chalkboard glimmer mist. This would have to be one of my fave and go to techniques with stencils.

  74. You have designed a beautiful layout, putting Nat's stencil to very good use. I can see quite a difference in some of today's scrapbook LOs compared to a few years ago. I suppose it's a crossover from mixed media. Well, whatever it is, I like it well enough to consider starting to do some scrapbook LOs. I have tons of old pictures from cleaning my mom's house out last December. Thank you for the inspiration!!
